Valentines love cuppies

It's been a cold and crazy winter. I think this is the seventh cold I have had and it will be another day with two kids sick and home from school.  Today I decided that I would rest and repost a Valentines dessert from last year.  Those of you who have been with me since day one might remember these sweet little cupcakes ( or cuppies, as I called them).  It was my very first post and I am so proud of it. They are really easy to make and much different than your average cupcake.  They are not frosted but dipped in rich chocolaty ganache.  Make them for your sweetie this year and they will know you baked with love.
