My cousin gave me this
and I couldn't wait to use it.
(I've been a little busy)
I used the Toll House recipe for chocolate chip cookies
spread the entire batch on an ungreased cookie sheet
and baked at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes
or until scrumptious...ugh, I mean golden brown.
When still warm use the cutter side of your sandwich maker
and press down firmly and as close together as possible so
you don't waste too much of the cookie.
cool completely on a cookie sheet
Place one cookie cutout at the bottom of the sandwich maker
Add a large scoop of softened ice cream.
I used chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream
SINFUL!!
Place another cookie on top and press gently
with the top of the cuisipro to sandwich that baby together.
Remove bottom of sandwich maker and lift
the remaining portion of the cuisipro while pressing down
on the top of the cookie to release
Oh my...this is getting good.
I have love in my heart and used heart sprinkles for a later Valentines Day dessert.
Wrap individually in saran wrap and freeze until ready to eat.
Oh, oh, oh... I have an idea!!
How about pink strawberry ice cream and crushed candy hearts or a chocolate cookie with green mint chocolate chip and green sprinkles for St. Patty's day?
The possiblities are endless!
Enjoy,
Buttercream
oh ehm gee, i am going to have to try this! :)
