Harvest Party

Fall is officially in the air and I can't wait for campfires, S'mores, apple picking and pumpkin patches.  It's my favorite time of year and I love to go nuts with food and decorations to enhance every minute of the colors and tastes of the season.   Get inspired with these great festive ideas for your next Harvest get together.

Have an Owl themed Camping party for your little ones with printables from Living Locurto

Have an adult S'mores party with a classy S'mores Martini and make elegant S'mores in a box for gifting or enjoying at your get together from Twig and Thistle

No tutorial on this one.   Pretty self explanatory I think.

Craft an elegant Apple Topiary from Country Home Magazine for an outdoor dinner party on a cool crisp Fall evening.

Don't forget all of that wonderful Fall baking you will be doing, especially after apple picking.  Top left is a Yummy apple pie from my recipes.  Ina Garten bakes up a pear tart on Food network.  A baked apple with dried cherries from the baking queen herself, Martha Stewart and last but not least a fabulous pie in a jar that you can order on let them eat pie

Greet guests with an edible cookie leaf wreath.  Country living magazine

(Say that five times fast! Tee, he, he)

An elegant Fall themed table setting by Pottery Barn ( you should see their Thanksgiving dinner plates...to die for)

This amazing apple centerpiece was found on party frosting and is simply gorgeous for any Fall dinner party or just to brighten up a living room or dining room table.  I'll be busy putting this one together for my next shindig.  Just amazing.

I just can't get away from Martha Stewart and all her creativity.  A definite go to for party inspiration and looky what I found.  An easy and inexpensive party beverage cooler.  This is thinking out of the box at it's best.

A painted wood sign that's perfect for greeting your guests this Fall can be ordered on Etsy at the cottage art shop

I hope this inspires you to decorate, bake and entertain this Fall in a way you never have before.  Take lots of pictures if you do and send them to me to be featured on my next guest post.
