Oreo stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies

Pure decadence.  Overindulgent.  Insanely sinful.  These are just a few ways to describe this wonderful, tasty, double the pleasure treasure.  Confession time; I was almost going to keep this secret recipe all to myself.  But then the little voice inside my head ( you have one too right? ) said to share the love and let other's be naughty too.  So today I share with you this amazingly genius idea of stuffing a cookie inside another cookie and baking it up to perfection.   How can life get a better than that?  Two delicious classic cookies rolled into one big bite.  I think I'm in love.

When you make your cookie batter, you'll notice it's a bit thicker than usual Chocolate Chip Cookie batter. This makes stuffing it a lot easier.

Grab your cookie scoop and form two 2 inch balls.

Place an Oreo on top of one ball and smash it down a bit

Take another ball and place on top of the cookie.  Seal edges by cupping in the palm of your hand.

Kind of like making hamburgers.

It will still be round and thick so you are not flattening it, just sealing the edges.

See! You can't even tell the little Oreo is nestled inside the billowy cookie dough.

These sweeties are HUGE!

The Chocolate Chip Cookie basically swallowed the little Oreo making it totally sinful.

Enjoy these will a VERY tall (and wide) glass of milk

  3. Good Morning Dina,

Ahhhhh, the cookies were absolutely the very best and oh so much fun to make.
I took 3 dozen of those to my fund raiser for my Assistance Dogs of America, along with
dozens of other cookies. I sold your cookies for $1 a piece and one lady loved
them so much that she gave me a $10 donation. I just sent her the recipe so
she could enjoy the creation. I need not say but all the cookies were gone at
the end of the day and many compliments were given on your cookies. Thank you
so much for sharing that delectable post. I am hoping to be one of your greatest
visitors at your new website..... it will be simply awesome, I JUST KNOW SO.

Please have a great week and know that you are so appreciated.

Kind regards from all your admirers at the LabbiePuppyRanch
